To Downtown D.C.!

We ran into a certain former
senator- can you guess who it
is?
With Thanksgiving weekend still going on, and 65-degree weather, we decided to get out of the house and take the Metro down to the national mall. We saw most of the memorials, the tidal basin (though none of the cherry trees there were blooming), and got ourselves a nice, long walk. It was fun to see the nation's capital again!

    When we asked why he was sitting there, he said that it was to "get my picture taken with you guys!"
